3.) The BBW manufacturing and packaging processes are highly inconsistent. Please be aware both (scent characteristics and aspects of packaging) can vary across batches within a single release and/or with release of new/refreshed packaging. Additionally, products will often not include shrink wrapped or sealed caps/lids (vast majority of products will not be sealed). Inconsistencies observed should be directed to your local store or BBW online customer service (including, but not limited to,
inquiries, request for return/exchange, and/or communication of product satisfaction), as nature of the items do not allow for return to us or exchange. Purchase implies agreement to these terms.
4.) USPS, UPS and FedEx tracking may not show progress, scans, and updates for several days (no information will be available on occasion).
